Numbering of Pre-Collated Sets
Our pre-collated sets can be numbered using your existing numbering heads, with no special equipment required.
After a small spare part is changed, the numbering head prints the same number across every sheet in one set. In a 3-ply set, the output becomes 1,1,1 → 2,2,2 → 3,3,3.
The key idea is simple: the numbering head stamps the same number repeatedly onto every sheet position in one set, then moves to the next number for the next set.
When the job is finished, the numbering head can be returned to its standard setup just as easily.

Reading tip: one set is numbered `1,1,1`, the next set `2,2,2`, and the next `3,3,3`.
